Photographed by Romain Cavallin, the volume documents—layer by layer—the construction process of the conceptually and architecturally groundbreaking FRAME building in Brussels. The FRAME building was conceived as a center for communication and media, and as the core of a future Brussels media park. This publication traces the construction process from 2022 to 2025 through photographs by Romain Cavallin and construction drawings. Each chapter is dedicated to a specific phase of construction and highlights the adaptability of this architecture.

Nikolaus Hirsch, Artistic Director of CIVA Brussels and co-founder of e-flux Architecture: “BAUKUNST and their FRAME project push the boundaries of what we understand as architecture to the point where architecture itself dissolves.”
Ed.: Baukunst in collaboration with Romain Cavallin.
